The Tipitapa Hammock Chair by Nicamaka® is a twenty year old design, and it has been copied or modified in many forms in recent years. As far as hammock or hanging chairs go, this is the original configuration. The key to the comfort in this hammock chair is the sprang-woven seat, which provides uniform pressure on the backside and back. There is also enough stretch in the seat to bring one's feet into the seat and even stretch out. The turned wood support bar is 32".

The Tipitapa hammock chair makes a great gift for and eliminate floor clutter. It is delightful to be suspended in the air and enjoy your afternoons relaxation. Seats are made with garment-grade, polyester or polycotton factory-dyed yarns. Maximum recommended weight is 200 Pounds. If children will be using these chairs, a swivel hanging kit is recommended to avoid over-rotation which can break the support system.
