1. All returned items must be undamaged & unused, in original packaging and received within 30 days of purchase. Mombasa products have a clear inner package to view the color. Do not open this inner package if you intend to return the items because of color issues - as it cannot be refunded.
2. Shipping is not refunded once item is shipped.
3. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee with a $15 minimum.
4. Seasonal merchandise (Christmas, Halloween, Special Holidays, etc) must be returned 15 days prior to the Holiday.
5. Non-Stocked Special Ordered items and Special Made-to-Order items are NOT eligible for return consideration.
6. Mombasa Bali, Siam, Baby Siam and Maya Canopies as well as Patio Living Concept products are NON RETURNABLE!
7. COD returns will not be accepted.
